1- Explain how connecting to the internet has changed.
At the beggining to connect you had to dial-up connections over a normal analogue telephone line. With this kind of connection you had only 64 Kbps which was really slow.
Now you need a special device called modem; this converts data from the computer into a format suitable for sending over the telephone or other communication line.
with this kind of connection you get 8Mbps.
2-What do the letters ''Kbps'' stand and what does it measure?
It means Kilobits per second and it measures the connection speed.
